Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver large-scale back-end infrastructure projects from start to finish.
- Develop and optimize real-time feedback loops and metric collection systems.
- Build systems that integrate prompt optimization, model tuning, and inference strategies.
- Collaborate across infrastructure, research, and experimentation teams.
- Design and implement advanced experimentation frameworks and observability tools.
- Work on-site in NYC with a highly focused, collaborative technical team.
Requirements:
- Proven technical foundation in systems engineering.
- Strong background in back-end infrastructure development.
- Expertise in Rust (including generics, lifetimes, traits, smart pointers, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to execute large, complex projects.
- Desire to grow personally and professionally in a fast-moving, technical environment.
- Willingness to work on-site, five days a week, in New York, NY.
