Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with Head of Development and the core team to design, develop, and maintain backend services for the Stakit platform.
• Implement, optimize, and scale Web3 features using Rust for performance-critical operations.
• Integrate Bitcoin transaction functionality and ensure reliable handling of on-chain operations.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and fix existing bugs while improving code quality, security, and performance.
• Participate in architectural discussions, provide technical input, and propose innovative solutions for Stakit's platform growth.
• Stay up-to-date with evolving blockchain technologies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Layer-2 solutions, and more) and identify ways to leverage them in Stakit.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Rust with a track record of building production-level applications (2+ years’ experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Backend Work with a track record of building production-level applications (5+ years experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of Bitcoin transaction flows and familiarity with blockchain protocols, cryptographic fundamentals, and UTXO-based systems.
• Experience implementing and maintaining Web3-related services (e.g., wallet integrations, smart contracts, or bridging solutions).
• Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database systems.
• Hands-on experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
