About the Role
Must have Skills : RUST, Tokio Framework, Actix Framework
Good To Have Skills : REST

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable backend services using Rust.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop real-time messaging and media features.
• Optimize performance-critical components for high concurrency and low latency.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Ensure security and data protection across systems.

Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of experience in backend development, with 1+ years in Rust.
• Familiarity with async Rust frameworks (e.g., Tokio, Actix).
• Solid understanding of system design, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar backend tech stack.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile teams.
