Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and enhance platform capabilities
- Lead or support complex software development initiatives from ideation through deployment
- Contribute to and maintain applications written in C#, Rust, ASP.Net, and SQL/Postgres
- Participate in code reviews, enforce development best practices, and improve software quality
- Debug, optimize, and document mission-critical components
- Coordinate and execute production deployments
- Prototype and evaluate new technologies to drive continuous innovation
- Mentor junior engineers and serve as a key technical voice within the team
- Partner with product and business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into engineering work
- Represent engineering perspectives in cross-functional discussions
Technologies You’ll Work With:
- Languages: Rust, C#, SQL, ASP.Net
- Databases: Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS (SQS, Lambda, RDS, ElastiCache), CI/CD pipelines, GitHub
- Architecture: Object-Oriented and Functional Design, REST APIs
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Strong command of Rust, C#, and SQL
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL and ASP.Net frameworks
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and serverless architecture
- Ability to communicate architectural decisions effectively and work across teams
- Proficiency in Git-based workflows and collaborative development
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with additional languages (C++, Python, Java, or Ruby)
- Familiarity with full-stack development and DevOps practices
- Exposure to Entity Framework and CI/CD pipelines
- Background in healthcare or other regulated industries
