About the Role
We’re looking for a full-stack engineer who thrives in a startup environment. You’ll work closely with our small team to turn ideas into live features for thousands of DeFi users — going from concept → design → launch.

For this role, versatility and spirit matter more than years of experience or titles.

We’re looking for hungry builders who are eager to learn, understand products deeply, ship fast, and use AI to move even faster.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on product design: help conceptualise new DeFi primitives, vault strategies, staking solutions, and more.
• Ship end-to-end features: take ideas from concept to production — join product discussions, write both frontend and backend code, deploy to production, and monitor performance.
• Write and review code: contribute to the quality of our codebase not only through coding, but also by reviewing peers’ work and maintaining strong testing standards.
• Work closely with ecosystem partners: integrate with leading Solana DeFi protocols, test new primitives, and push innovation forward.

Requirements:

• Passionate about DeFi: You’re excited by decentralised finance and eager to build the future of finance on crypto rails.
• Strong product mindset: You think in terms of user value, not just code.
• Agile mind: You are a fast learner who can quickly adapt and pivot from one project to another
• Experience: Comfortable working across the full stack (frontend + backend) with proficiency in Rust and TypeScript.
• Self-directed: You take ownership of complex problems and drive them to completion.
• High ownership, good energy & integrity: We value good spirits as much as technical skill.
• Collaborative: You work well with cross-functional teams, can translate technical concepts for different audiences, and communicate clearly.

Nice to have:

• 2+ years of professional experience building full-stack applications or working across both frontend and backend systems, or in DeFi.
• Familiarity with Rust, TypeScript, React, Anchor, or other Solana frameworks.
• Previous contributions to open-source or DeFi projects.
• Eager to learn fast, push boundaries, and grow alongside top builders.
