About the Role
We are actively looking to hire a Blockchain Developer with Solana and Rust experience, to join a dynamic, forward-thinking, UAE based startup software development company, to work on large, exciting projects. This role requires onsite work in Dubai 5 days per week.
  
As a Blockchain Developer with extensive expertise in Solana and the broader blockchain environment as well as some Rust experience, your deep understanding of decentralised systems, smart contract development, and network interactions on the Solana blockchain is paramount.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on the Solana blockchain and the matching front end.
• Work with various blockchain protocols and tools within the Solana ecosystem.
• Develop and integrate decentralised applications (dApps) that interact with Solana programs.
• Understand and implement best practices for blockchain security, performance, and scalability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot blockchain transactions and network health.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Solana and the wider Web3 space.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver innovative blockchain solutions.

  
Requirements:

• 6 months - 2+ years experience with Solana blockchain development, including writing and deploying Programs (smart contracts).
• Deep understanding of blockchain principles, decentralised ledgers, and cryptographic concepts.
• Proficiency with relevant Web3 libraries and tools for interacting with the Solana network.
• Experience with decentralised application (dApp) architecture and development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail for secure and efficient blockchain solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  
Good to Have:

• Experience with Rust programming, especially for developing Solana Programs or other blockchain-related applications.
• Familiarity with other blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Polkadot).
• Knowledge of token standards and DeFi protocols on Solana.
• Experience with front-end development for dApps (e.g., React, Next.js).
