About the Role
As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will build and enhance blockchain infrastructure and trading systems. You’ll work on node codebases, full-stack platforms, and connectivity solutions, ensuring high-performance and reliability in a global cryptoasset environment. This role blends systems programming with blockchain innovation, offering the chance to contribute to on-chain trading within a leading financial-crypto hybrid organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop full-stack software systems, including trading platforms and monitoring tools
• Modify and interoperate with blockchain nodes for on-chain trading activities
• Collaborate with traders, researchers, and engineers across global teams
• Contribute to connectivity solutions that bridge traditional finance and crypto ecosystems

TECH STACK:

• Rust (primary)
• Java and C++ (with interest in Rust)
• Golang (desirable)
• Python, JavaScript/TypeScript (for scripting and tooling)

Requirements:

• Experienced in designing and supporting mission-critical, high-performance applications
• Skilled in Rust (or Java/C++ with willingness to learn Rust)
• Knowledgeable in blockchain infrastructure and DeFi
• 3+ years of scripting experience (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript)
• Strong numeracy skills, relevant to quantitative or strategy-focused work
• Collaborative and effective in cross-disciplinary teams
