About the Role
Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional Rust development experience
• Deep understanding of async Rust:
• Tokio runtime and ecosystem
• Futures, streams, and async traits
• Pin, Send, Sync bounds
• Backpressure and flow control
• Strong systems programming background:
• Concurrent and parallel programming
• Lock-free data structures (Arc, DashMap)
• Memory management and performance optimization
• Database experience:
• PostgreSQL
• ORM experience (Diesel preferred)
• Schema migrations
• Connection pooling
• Transaction management
• Distributed systems knowledge:
• Message queues (Kafka preferred)
• At-least-once and exactly-once semantics
• Distributed state management
• Partitioning and sharding strategies
• gRPC and protocol buffers:
• Service definition and implementation
• Streaming RPC patterns
• Error handling in RPC
• Testing discipline:
• Unit and integration testing
• Async test patterns
• Property-based testing
• Test containers

• Kubernetes experience:
