Job Description
About the Role
Are you passionate about Rust and eager to work on cutting-edge AI-assisted development? We’re looking for an experienced Rust Developer to contribute to a high-impact project focused on evaluating AI-driven Rust development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with real-world Rust codebases, implementing features and debugging
- Ensure memory safety, ownership rules, and type correctness
- Write and execute comprehensive tests (unit, integration, property-based)
- Refactor code while maintaining performance and reliability
- Handle multi-threading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Rust development experience
- Hands-on expertise with Tokio, Actix, Rocket, Serde, and Rayon
- Strong debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills
- Experience with Rust’s testing ecosystem (cargo test, proptest, quickcheck)
- Prior contributions to open-source Rust projects (Nice to Have)
