About the Role
Develop high-performance software solutions, generating secure, maintainable, and scalable code, and integrating Artificial Intelligence capabilities, to contribute to the continuous improvement of the codebase in critical production environments. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust and scalable  backing systems, using Rust and Python. 
• Design, maintain and integrate APIs, microservices and production services, ensuring performance, security and maintainability. 
• Build and maintain high-performance systems for processing critical transactions and data. 
• Integrating AI capabilities into  production systems when the use case requires it ( LLMs , RAG, ML models), guaranteeing efficiency and stability. 
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Risk, Marketing, and Operations teams to transform business needs into technical solutions. 
• Analyze and work with data when necessary to support model-based functionalities. 
• Evaluate and propose new technologies,  frameworks  and architectures ( backend , distributed systems,  cloud , applied AI). 
• Actively participate in code reviews, promoting quality standards, safety and sustainable development.

Requirements: 

• Advanced students or graduates in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related fields. 
• +3 years of experience developing software in production environments. 
• Solid experience in Rust and Python. 
• Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design. 
• Experience in API development, microservices, and distributed systems. 
• Technical English.

It will be appreciated 

• Experience  with Machine Learning , Deep Learning and LLMs. 
• LLM  Agent Development  (planning , reasoning , tool usage, memory). 
• Use of  modern  agent frameworks ( LangChain , LangGraph ,  AutoGen or others  ) .  
• Knowledge of vector databases and RAG architectures. 
• Experience with deep learning frameworks  (  PyTorch /  TensorFlow). 
• Familiarity with  cloud architectures  (ideally AWS).
