About the Role
Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing efficient, safe, and scalable applications using Rust.
• Building APIs, backend systems, or microservices that leverage asynchronous Rust.
• Writing comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
• Optimizing application performance using profiling and benchmarking tools.
• Maintaining and improving existing Rust codebases for scalability and maintainability.
• Documenting code and processes for clarity and knowledge sharing.
• Ensuring application security through effective error handling and best practices adherence.

  Requirements:
• Proficiency in Rust programming, including ownership, borrowing, and lifetimes.
• Experience with Rust’s async programming model and libraries like tokio or async-std.
• Familiarity with web development frameworks such as Actix-web, Rocket, or Axum.
• Strong knowledge of Rust’s standard library, collections, and iterators.
• Experience with serialization tools like serde for JSON or Protocol Buffers.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and idiomatic Rust code.
• Knowledge of profiling tools and performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
