About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in developing new backend (mainly in Rust) and frontend (Angular) features for embedded web applications.
• Design and maintain microservices and communication architecture (REST API, MQTT).
• Manage data persistence using PostgreSQL databases.
• Perform software qualification tests (including creating test scripts and tools).
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures and contribute to technical documentation.

Profile
Tired of typical web projects with overused technologies and no optimization challenges?

Do you want to apply your Rust expertise (performance, memory management) to a strategic, critical product in the energy sector?

Are you tired of being seen only as a frontend or backend specialist when you master both?

Requirements:

• You have strong expertise in backend development with Rust, ideally in microservice architectures.
• You are proficient with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL (or other robust SQL systems).
• You have recent experience with the Angular framework for frontend work.
• You master IoT communication protocols (REST API and MQTT).
• You have 5–10 years of real experience in developing embedded web applications.
• You hold an engineering degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Electronics, or Telecommunications.
• You have at least a B2/C1 level of English (international environment).

However, this position may not suit you if:

• You are a typical full-stack web developer (E-commerce, SaaS, etc.) without experience handling the constraints of embedded/low-resource environments (performance, memory).
• You are a C++/C# developer who only experiments with Rust as a hobby — professional, proven Rust experience is required.
