About the Role
We are looking for a Backend/Mobile DevOps Engineer responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of backend services and CI/CD processes for enterprise mobile platforms

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services in Rust for Mobile DevOps platforms.
• Contribute to the backend development of the Employee Superapp during its MVP phase.
• Design and implement a standalone microservice to manage digital wallet cards ( Apple Wallet / Google Wallet ).
• Maintain CI workflows for building, testing, and publishing iOS and Android apps .
• Maintain and improve internal Bash and Python tools used in DevOps repositories.
• Integrate CLI-based mobile build and publish processes within Jenkins/OpenShift pipelines .
• Provide technical support and training to the mobile application development team.

Requirements:

• Extensive professional experience in backend development , preferably with Rust .
• Experience in designing and maintaining microservices and backend APIs.
• Solid experience with CI/CD tools : Jenkins, Bitbucket Server, OpenShift .
• Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python .
• Knowledge of Mobile DevOps concepts for iOS and Android apps (build, signing, publish, workflows).
• Ability to work independently in a complex global IT environment.
• Excellent command of English .

In addition, we will assess:

• Knowledge in creating PWAs (Progressive Web Apps) .
• Experience with Microsoft Mobile Application Management and Intune SDK
