About the Role
This rapidly growing tech company is designing a global financial infrastructure for digital assets.

Its mission: to make crypto markets more transparent, efficient and reliable, by applying a rigorous and systematic approach to each component of its stack.

You will be joining the team in charge of a new strategic project: creating connectivity to the main exchanges on the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement connectivity modules (REST, WebSocket, FIX, proprietary APIs) for major exchanges
• Optimize order flow, data collection, and account management for improved performance and reliability
• Contribute to a scalable, fault-tolerant, and ultra-fast framework developed in Rust.
• Collaborating with trading, infrastructure, and product teams to deliver robust integrations
• Participate in the development of an internal SDK to automatically rebalance funds between exchanges.
• Monitor, debug and improve production systems

Requirements:

• You are proficient in network protocols (HTTP, WebSocket, TCP, TLS) and everything related to connectivity to exchanges.
• You already have professional experience in Rust, or significant experience in C++ with exposure to Rust.
• You have knowledge of trading/market making or of environments with high performance requirements
• You speak fluent English
• You are organized, pragmatic, capable of delivering quickly and prioritizing effectively
