About the Role
As a Senior Protocol Engineer, you will develop advanced blockchain full node software and contribute to the creation of the world’s fastest modular execution layer. You’ll collaborate with a globally distributed team, leveraging systems programming expertise to design reliable, scalable, and secure blockchain infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement blockchain full node software in Rust and other systems languages
• Develop and optimize virtual machines for modular execution layers
• Build and improve P2P distributed systems for blockchain scalability
• Collaborate with a global team to advance blockchain research and development

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Proficient in Rust, C++, or Go with strong systems programming expertise
• Experienced in virtual machines or blockchain node development
• Skilled in designing and implementing P2P distributed systems
• Native-level proficiency in English with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working remotely in globally distributed teams
• Bonus: Experience in high-security financial systems, Solidity development, or open source contributions
