About the Role
This position offers high autonomy and involvement in new, partially greenfield projects within a fast-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build robust, scalable systems using Rust.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, performant software.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code aligned with Rust best practices.
• Use quantitative analysis and benchmarking to guide architectural and performance decisions.
• Contribute to system architecture and long-term technical strategy.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor peers, and foster a culture of engineering excellence.
• Stay up to date with the Rust ecosystem and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Rust programming language and its ecosystem
• Understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Strong analytical, debugging and problem solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Bonus points for exposure to infrastructure, UI/UX, or data science.
