About the Role
Key Responsibilities :

• Create core, back-end software components, and code for a blockchain and its ecosystem of technologies, mostly in Rust
• Build, test, debug, and deploy large-scale decentralized systems with thousands of nodes using considerable experience
• Accomplish complex engineering issues such as scaling up performance and minimizing transaction latency
• Work with file systems, execution engines, programming language architecture, and consensus protocols
• Develop a number of ecosystem tools that give a user-friendly developer experience
• Engage blockchain customers and co-develop reusable and unique software solutions to meet their requirements
• In a highly prominent open-source project, develop and sustain high-quality software engineering processes and principles
