BlockSniper, a crypto trading startup, is looking for a Senior Rust Developer with blockchain experience — ideally on Solana. We operate at the intersection of blockchain and ultra-fast trading: building trading bots and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize bot performance and existing code for lower latency and faster response
• Work with low-level interfaces (RPC/gRPC), process large volumes of transactions (batch processing, indexing, subscriptions)
• Build custom technical solutions to stay ahead of market trends and gain a competitive edge
• Write reliable, scalable code and contribute to reviews and architectural decisions

Requirements

• At least 4 years of commercial experience with Rust
• Deep understanding of system abstractions, multithreading, and async programming
• Familiarity with Solana runtime constraints (stack, compute units)
• Prior blockchain experience on Solana is a strong plus
• Experience with performance optimization and low-latency systems
• Background in HFT or quantitative trading is a bonus
• Knowledge of MEV, bundles, mempool monitoring, and simulations is a plus
• Fluent Russian is a strong plus
