About the Role
We want to connect with Rust Software Engineers of all experience levels, backgrounds, and specializations. Our portfolio is globally distributed, with remote, hybrid, and in-person roles worldwide, building across the entire crypto ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scaling infrastructure to handle millions of users and transactions.
• Building low-latency APIs to support DeFi protocols, exchanges, and blockchain analytics.
• Designing reliable backend systems for blockchain nodes, staking, or validator setups.
• Automating deployments and infrastructure management using modern tooling.
• Collaborating closely with protocol, frontend, and product teams.
