About the Role
You will generate secure, maintainable, and scalable code, as well as contribute to improving the existing codebase and integrating with new partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain our Processor Core using Rust.
• Implement scalable, high-performance solutions for processing financial transactions.
• Collaborate closely with the product team and other developers to define and build new features.
• Optimize system performance while ensuring transaction security.
• Perform unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Participate in code reviews and promote best development practices.
• Resolve system problems and errors quickly and efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Rust and related technologies.

Requirements:

• Software Engineer with solid experience in Rust.
• Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Experience in developing distributed and high-performance systems.
• Knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL database management.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git.
• Technical English.
• We are looking for organized, proactive individuals with a focus on detail and documentation, and strong skills in working on diverse projects, ensuring the achievement of objectives.

The following will be considered an asset:

• Previous experience in fintech or in the development of financial transaction processing systems.
• Knowledge of other backend technologies such as Python, Go, or C++.
• Knowledge of the Linux operating system.
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies.
