Requirements:

• 2+ years of commercial experience working with Rust .
• Strong understanding of ownership, lifetimes, and traits .
• Hands-on experience with asynchronous programming (Tokyo, async/await).
• Familiarity with database design and development (SQL or NoSQL).
• Understanding of concurrent and distributed systems .
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (international environment).
• Strong teamwork, communication, and quality-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement backend services in Rust , focusing on performance, safety, and reliability.
• Write efficient asynchronous code using Tokio and the Rust async ecosystem.
• Develop and optimize data processing and storage components.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high engineering standards.
