Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
• Work with relational databases like PostgreSQL, and NoSQL systems such as Clickhouse or Snowflake
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Frontend, Platform) to deliver end-to-end features
• Take ownership of your work — from concept to deployment
• Ensure code quality with tests and best practices — and yes, get a rush when everything turns green 🚦
• Contribute to continuous deployment and daily shipping workflows
• Occasionally travel for team gatherings (1–2 times per year)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development
• Strong expertise in Node.js / TypeScript
• Solid experience with data modeling and SQL databases like PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with NoSQL and OLAP systems (e.g., Clickhouse, Snowflake)
• Experience in SaaS product development is a plus
• Bonus points for Rust experience, or a willingness to learn it (we use Rust for our query engine)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset
• A true team player, but also capable of working autonomously
• Prior experience mentoring junior developers
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a CI/CD environment
• Experience with AWS and Pulumi is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Available to work in the CET timezone
