About the Role

Join our engineering team in Warsaw and help build the next generation of high-performance trade management systems used across global markets.

We’re leveraging Rust to design ultra-efficient, low-latency, and memory-safe distributed systems running on AWS. You’ll be part of a team that values technical excellence, autonomy, and clean design — and you’ll occasionally collaborate with .NET engineers to ensure seamless system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize Rust-based distributed systems handling high data volumes
• Profile, benchmark, and fine-tune performance and cost efficiency in AWS
• Contribute to architecture decisions and end-to-end system ownership
• Collaborate with global engineering teams across Europe, the US, and Asia

Requirements:

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong, production-level Rust expertise (async, concurrency, ownership model)
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud architectures
• Some familiarity with C#/.NET and AWS is a plus
