Job Description
About the Role
Are you passionate about Rust and eager to push the limits of performance, safety, and scalability?
Join our engineering team in Warsaw and help build the next generation of high-performance trade management systems used across global markets.
We’re leveraging Rust to design ultra-efficient, low-latency, and memory-safe distributed systems running on AWS. You’ll be part of a team that values technical excellence, autonomy, and clean design — and you’ll occasionally collaborate with .NET engineers to ensure seamless system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize Rust-based distributed systems handling high data volumes
- Profile, benchmark, and fine-tune performance and cost efficiency in AWS
- Contribute to architecture decisions and end-to-end system ownership
- Collaborate with global engineering teams across Europe, the US, and Asia
Requirements:
- 6+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong, production-level Rust expertise (async, concurrency, ownership model)
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud architectures
- Some familiarity with C#/.NET and AWS is a plus
If you’re excited about building high-performance systems in Rust and want to make a global impact — we’d love to hear from you.
