Job Description
About the Role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science
Requirements:
- Familiar with Rust language, with working experience, especially the Windows and tokio crates. Familiarity with calling the Windows API from Rust.
- Experience with a C/C++ as a secondary language
- Some Linux programming experience in Rust a plus.
- It would be good if one of the two has deep experience and can act as a subject matter expert to the team.
- Ability to create unit and integration tests for the code.
- Ability to document their code and design in writing, in English.
Other experience:
- Some understanding of Windows Services and Linux equivalent (systemd, etc)
- Understanding of interfacing between Rust and C/C++
- Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts when calling REST APIs, including OAUTH/OpenID
