About the Role

Requirements:

• minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Developer, including at least 2–3 years of commercial experience with Rust ,
• very good knowledge of system and functional programming ,
• experience in designing and implementing distributed systems ,
• practical knowledge of Docker and Linux ,
• good knowledge of network communication and code optimization (performance, memory),
• ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems,
• good work organization and independence,
• communicative knowledge of English.

Nice-to-have:

• experience in working in a fintech/capital market environment ,
• knowledge of code quality monitoring tools,
• experience with CI/CD tools.

What will you be doing?
Join the team responsible for developing and maintaining a trading system operating in a capital markets environment. Your role will be to create new functionalities in Rust , optimize existing code, and ensure the high performance and reliability of a business-critical system.

Key Responsibilities:

• design, implementation and development of transaction system components in Rust ,
• improving and maintaining existing solutions,
• analysis of business and technical requirements and translating them into programming solutions,
• diagnosing and solving performance and architectural problems,
• creating technical documentation,
• cooperation with the development team, testers and architects,
• participation in test automation and improvement of CI/CD processes,
• monitoring code quality and identifying areas for optimization.
