ENQT is a fast-growing company specializing in network and performance testing for wireless networks. We measure networks such as 4G, 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, and IoT networks. Our measurement devices and services are already used by more than 500 customers in Germany and Europe. To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a Rust developer in our centrally located office directly at Berliner Tor.

Do you want to make a real difference with your work and develop software that's used every day? In your role as a Rust developer, you'll work on the further development of our innovative testing and analysis software, which runs on our professional measuring instruments. Together with your team, you'll help our customers build the smart grid of tomorrow. With our intuitive testing solutions for mobile communications, you'll support installers and network operators directly on-site, thus getting the energy transition rolling!

Key Responsibilities:

• Software development for our measurement technology solutions in Rust under Linux
• Support in defining the software architecture through the development of technical designs and concepts
• Use of modern software technologies (git, buildroot)
• Agile software development
• Accompanying the development from the idea to the finished application

Requirements:

• Successfully completed studies in computer science or a related field with a focus on software development
• Experience in using common build and Linux tools (such as Make, shell scripting) is advantageous
• Practice in the implementation of development projects
• Excellent knowledge of the Rust programming language
• Confident use of Linux and a solid basic understanding of the operating system
• Strong analytical and networked thinking skills as well as the ability to work independently
• Team-oriented personality with high social skills and enthusiasm
• Creativity and joy in innovation
• Good language skills in English, German desirable
