Job Description
About the Role
Adapt Talent’s client, a leading L2, is seeking an experienced Rust/Distributed Systems Engineer to join their team. This is a chance to work in a phenomenal engineering culture and with some of the brightest minds in web3.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and enhance core infrastructure components using Rust for distributed systems and Layer 2 blockchain solutions
- Advance our verification architecture through interactive proof protocols and optimization techniques
- Support legacy components written in Go when required
- Collaborate across engineering teams and external developer communities
Requirements
- Strong command of Rust programming language and its toolchain
- Proven track record in blockchain technology development
- Background in low-level systems development (VMs, runtime environments, compiler architecture)
- Clear technical communication and documentation abilities
- Deep knowledge of applied cryptography and security fundamentals
Bonus:
Experience with cryptographic proof systems and zero-knowledge protocols
