About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Blockchain Rust Engineer to join our team. As a Blockchain Rust Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining blockchain solutions using Rust. You will work closely with other developers, stakeholders, and clients to ensure that the solutions you create meet the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain blockchain solutions using Rust
• Collaborate with other developers to integrate Rust-based solutions with other technologies
• Participate in the development of technical specifications and architectural designs
• Identify and troubleshoot performance and security issues
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technology and Rust

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years experience and strong proficiency in Rust programming language
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, including smart contracts and consensus
• 4+ years of experience with blockchain development frameworks such as Substrate, Cosmos, Near, Solana, Parity or Equivalent
• Familiarity with blockchain protocols such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and Cosmos
• Experience with distributed systems, networking, and cryptography
• Understanding of Web3, DeFi and Ethereum ecosystem is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
