About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Developer to join the X Layer team. As a Blockchain Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the X Layer public chain and our Perpetual Decentralized Exchange (Perp DEX) Platform.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize X Layer performance, enhance on-chain infrastructure, and develop Perp DEX related products.
• Stay up to date with cutting-edge blockchain technologies and establish a world-class on-chain infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define and implement technical solutions for the public chain and provide necessary technical support.

 
Requirements:

• Proficiency in Rust,
• OR a strong understanding of Blockchain/DeFi/Web3, including a sound knowledge of Perp DEX and experience in large-scale distributed systems.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and logical thinking skills.
• A deep passion for blockchain technology with a commitment to continuous learning.
