Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement secure, high-performance code in Rust for blockchain-based systems and protocols.
• Develop and maintain smart contracts or blockchain runtimes (e.g., Substrate-based blockchains, Solana programs).
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team including engineers, researchers, and product managers.
• Optimize performance and memory usage for blockchain nodes or protocol-level services.
• Write clean, modular, and well-tested code.
• Audit code and identify potential security vulnerabilities.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and protocol design.
• Stay current with Web3 trends and advancements in the Rust ecosystem.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Rust with experience in system-level or blockchain-related development.
• Hands-on experience working in the Web3 ecosystem, including smart contract platforms like Solana, Polkadot (Substrate), or Near.
• Deep understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus algorithms, and peer-to-peer networking.
• Experience working with cryptographic libraries and secure code practices.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and modern software development practices.
• Ability to write comprehensive tests and perform code audits.
