Join the team responsible for building a high-performance telemetry data collection system for a telecommunications network covering 10 million devices. This data is used in various projects, including being presented in a web application developed by another team, which is used by technical support in one of the largest European telecommunications companies.

Key technologies we work with:

• Backend: Kotlin, Rust, tokio, Arrow, Spring Boot, Scala, cats, http4s
• Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, Athena, Spring Boot Actuator, Brave, Micrometer
• Deployment: AWS (EC2, ECS), Terraform, Ansible, Docker
• CI/CD: GitLab
• Data: Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL

Requirements:

• You program in Rust
• Experience with Kotlin or Scala is welcome
• You understand the basics of computer networks
• You care about the high quality of software (automated tests, monitoring, metrics, logs)
• You are fluent in Polish and English
• You have a professional approach to business and clients
• You value communication and are a team player
• You are interested in functional programming and want to improve in it
• Experience working with AWS cloud using IaC (e.g., Terraform) is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing new features, fixing bugs, writing tests, and documentation
• Preparing analyses and proposing solutions based on business requirements and communication with clients
• Sharing knowledge, pair programming, and code reviews
• Supporting colleagues in decision-making and suggesting solutions
• Meeting with the team in Wrocław at least 2-3 times a week, which will positively impact your skills development, collaboration, and team atmosphere
