About the Role
You protect our systems from unauthorized access, ensure outstanding performance, and minimize backend load.

Are you fluent in IPv6 and familiar with the OSI layers?

Then we're looking for you as a software developer (m/f/d) for our Site Reliability Engineering at our Gunzenhausen location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the performance and security of our websites by mitigating attacks, bots and overload
• Protection against Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS)
• (Further) developing rate limiting and caching between the network and the application layer
• Actively contribute visions and ideas and put them into practice

Requirements:

• Programming skills, ideally with Rust, tokio.rs, Lua, Go or C/C++
• In-depth knowledge of network technology, BGP, DNS, TCP, HTTP, TLS and IPv6
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and DevOps is an advantage
• Enjoy actively contributing visions and ideas and thinking outside the box
• A high degree of initiative and independent working style
• You have an analytical mindset and keep a cool head even in stressful situations
