About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Backend Engineer with a strong focus on Web3 infrastructure to design and scale mission-critical backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance trading systems supporting various order types and automated execution strategies.
• Integrate with DEXs and AMMs across multiple blockchain networks to enable seamless liquidity access.
• Design and optimize on-chain transaction flows to meet stringent latency and reliability targets.
• Scale backend services to support thousands of daily trades with minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with quantitative researchers and other engineers to implement systematic trading strategies and infrastructure improvements.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of backend engineering experience, with deep expertise in Golang or Rust.
• Prior hands-on experience in blockchain or Web3 development, preferably with EVM-compatible chains or Solana.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous design, and system performance optimization.

Technical Skills

• Programming: Node.js, TypeScript
• Database: PostgreSQL, Prisma ORM
• Blockchain / Web3: Smart contract integration, Web3 libraries, DeFi SDKs, transaction management
• Cloud Infrastructure: AWS (RDS, Lambda, ECS)
• DevOps & Monitoring: Familiarity with observability, alerting, and reliability tools for trading systems

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of DeFi ecosystems, DEXs, and AMM mechanisms.
• Experience in high-frequency or low-latency trading systems is a significant advantage.
• Exposure to additional blockchain ecosystems beyond EVM and Solana.
• Experience with security best practices for key management, transaction signing, and wallet operations.
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in financial markets or** trading**.
