Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain production software using Rust.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Rust code with appropriate tests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and reliability concerns.
• Collaborate with remote teams and stakeholders to align on requirements and delivery.
• Communicate progress, risks, and technical decisions clearly and proactively.

 
Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Rust.
• Clear, concise, and proactive communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working remotely with US-based teams.
• Ability to independently surface risks, blockers, and questions.
• Ability to design distributed systems, microservices, or high-performance backends.
